The following terms and conditions apply:
Dispatch conditions
Deliveries are made only within Germany.
-- Clients from other countries can pick up the purchased articles from our store room; or please ask us for a transport price to your country. In case of delivery to your country the prices might change due to your local VAT!

When shipping outside the EU, import duties, taxes and fees may apply in the destination country, which are not included in our prices and are not charged by us. Please inform yourself accordingly before submitting your order. There may also be fees for money transfers (international bank transfers), which are at your expense.
Dispatch costs (inclusive of legally applicable VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (product price):
from 0 - 99,99 EUR = 6,90 EUR
Free shipping within Germany from a value of 100 EUR.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
from 0 - 99,99 EUR = 6,90 EUR
Free shipping within Germany from a value of 100 EUR.
Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.
Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 50 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 50 days after the order confirmation (in case of agreed-upon advance payment, with respect to your payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.
Terms of payment
In case of deliveries within Germany, you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment via transfer with 5% discount
- Payment via credit card by Paypal
- Payment via PayPal with 2% discount
- Payment by invoice (via Paypal Plus) with 2% discount
In case of a purchase from another country, you have the following payment options:
- Prepayment via transfer with 5% discount
- Payment via PayPal with 2% discount
- Payment via credit card by Paypal
Further details on payment
We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases.
As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 5 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.

The payment methods are only available in case of a positive credit assessment.
