INSTALLATION
A cocoon fireplace is easy to install and contains a simple burning system that does not produce smoke and therefore does not require a smoke vent. Discover how Cocoon's modern fireplaces work.

Cocoon fire pits are also extremely environmentally friendly. The modern burners provide heat by using the environmentally friendly fuel bioethanol, which also does not produce any smoke.

Deliveries are made only within Germany.

Deliveries within Germany:
We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (product price):
from 1 - 99,99 EUR = 6,90 EUR
Free shipping within Germany from a value of 100 EUR.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:
from 1 - 99,99 EUR = 6,90 EUR
Free shipping within Germany from a value of 100 EUR.

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 50 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 50 days after the order confirmation (in case of agreed-upon advance payment, with respect to your payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Further details on payment
We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases.
As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 5 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
If payment is made using a credit card, your credit card account is debited in conjunction with the conclusion of the contract.
