This sum is offset when purchasing. The marble samples will be sent to you directly from the factory in Spain - can take up to 10 days.

Of course. If it is a question of complete components that are to be manufactured in a different material, this is usually free of charge (depending on the material!). If you want inlays in a different material, we have to calculate the price individually.

Unfortunately, there is no general answer to that, as it depends on the material, including whether it is a question of fireplaces that are made from solid 2 or 3 cm sheet material or from stronger solid material. In general, you don't have to worry that changes in dimensions will result in a lot of extra charge. If you want the fireplace to be smaller, there is no extra charge and it is larger depending on the material and cm. Ask us!

No problem! We always have customers who installed a fireplace some time ago and are only now looking for a fireplace mask; or the old fireplace mask should be replaced by a new one. We need the exact dimensions for this and then produce a non-binding cost estimate. A photo of the "construction site" is also helpful.

1. New construction: the underfloor heating and the insulation in the screed should definitely be left out below the chimney! We also recommend a fresh air supply from the outside in the floor (of course not with self-contained room air systems in the house). 2. Old building: If your floor has not been prepared for a fireplace, you can excavate it and re-concrete it, or lay a strong steel plate or concrete a podium to distribute the weight. In any case, underfloor heating shouldn't be underneath, but there are solutions for that too. You can also let fresh air flow from outside or through the basement (not the boiler room!).

You can order directly from the shop if it is not an individual item. For articles where materials, adjustments or prices have been agreed outside of the shop, we will send you an order confirmation by email after your written or verbal order. In this order confirmation you will see the description of the desired item, your billing and delivery address and our bank details. Then you pay according to the agreed payment method and the order is placed.
