Experience for the sensesGrannus is the name of a Celtic healing god, god of fire and health. We therefore deliberately chose this name for our wood-fired bakery. Modern in its shape and yet archaic as a gray block, this cube houses our well-known fire igloo. Bake bread, pizza or tarte flambée, all with the power of a wood fire. It will be divinely good.
The outdoor oven guarantees culinary delights in the open air. This makes the preparation itself an experience that is a lot of fun, especially in good company.

The traditional way of baking a crispy pizza, a tarte flambée or hearty bread has always been something special. But with a BRUNNER wood-burning oven, it's not just aromatic baked goods that you can achieve. Even large pieces of meat, such as a juicy roast, can be prepared with it. The components of the baking vault are precisely cast from refractory concrete and are dry-assembled on the base plate. The static hold of the vault components is achieved via the interlocking tongue and groove system. The systemic structure is easy and can be implemented quickly. The hollow components around the fire igloo are simply filled with appropriate insulation. All components are designed for private use.

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 50 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 50 days after the order confirmation (in case of agreed-upon advance payment, with respect to your payment authorisation).

- Only use the approved system for exhaust gas removal/combustion air supply.

The appliance is designed to create a cozy atmosphere and to heat. This means that all visible surfaces, including the glass, can become hotter than 100°C. It is recommended to always place a protective grille in front of the appliance when children, the elderly or physically disabled persons are in the same room.
