Dik Geurts - IVAR 10 H2O STORE
The Ivar series can be recognised by the elegant cast-iron door that allows a view of the flames. The Ivar stoves combine a compact and stylish look with the technically advanced combustion process for which Dik Geurts is renowned.
The Dik Geurts Ivar 10 H2O, Store is an intelligent central heating stove with the look and feel of a wood-burning stove. It offers optimum comfort through efficient utilisation of residual heat. The stove heats the room directly, but also indirectly heats the CV water, so you can enjoy the stove all day long!
If the fireplace is connected to the central heating, the water jacket ensures that a large part of the released heat is transferred to the water area in your home. Think of the radiators, but also the hot tap water. This fireplace can be perfectly combined with a buffer tank and solar panels to become even more efficient.
Special features:
- Designed and expertly manufactured with simplicity, efficiency and beauty in mind: This is the Ivar from Dik Geurts.
- Its unique round design not only makes it a real eye-catcher, but its shape also guarantees a great play of flames. Flames that can be controlled with a unique air slide that is only available from Dik Geurts.
- A single air slide with three positions for easy operation of your fireplace. That is unique, that is typically Dik Geurts. The primary ventilation for lighting, the secondary ventilation for burning unburnt gases and the ventilation of the glass for clean glass at all times.
- The inner lining is made of moulded vermiculite, which has very good heat reflection properties. A deliberate choice, as this reflection ensures faster heating of the smoke channel and more heat in the fire. The result: a beautiful, higher efficiency and clean combustion that fulfils the strictest emission requirements.
- In addition to a heat-reflecting vermiculite inner lining, the Ivar, like every Dik Geurts fireplace, offers the option of an outside air connection. This means that no air is extracted from the living room. Efficient, clean and extremely suitable for well-insulated houses (not room-sealed!).

Fireplaces with outside air connection
Nowadays, houses are increasingly better insulated and ventilation systems are often installed to ensure that sufficient fresh air still enters the house. It is therefore important to consider the supply air for combustion when choosing a fireplace. To ensure that the supply air comes from outside, it is important that you equip your stove with an outside air connection.
Dik Geurts wood-burning stoves are available in 2 versions:
EA/RLA stoves (‘External Air’), Standard
• For use with neutral or positive pressure
• With the EA version, the oxygen for combustion can come almost entirely from outside
• Possible for all wood-burning stoves
RS/RLU stoves (‘Room Sealed’)
• Are used in negative pressure situations in the living room
• The oxygen for combustion comes entirely from outside
• Included in a large number of fireplaces
Modern homes choose RS/RLURS fireplaces are often installed in modern passive houses. These fireplaces are tested for a particularly high level of tightness and are provided with a certificate. Ideally suited for a balanced indoor climate and optimum heating enjoyment.
The RS/RLU version is not DIBt-certified.
