Balanced flue fireplace - A balanced flue gas fire is room-sealed using a glass front. The flue uses natural ventilation to pull the air from outside and discharge the gas exhaust to outside.

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 50 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 50 days after the order confirmation (in case of agreed-upon advance payment, with respect to your payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Further details on payment
We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases.
As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 5 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
