All decorative fire furniture and burners from The Flame are tested and can also be used in public areas. An expert opinion regarding “basic safety requirements for non-stationary fireplaces for decorative purposes” from a state-authorized and sworn civil engineer, as well as a TÜV test, are available as the basis for official approval.

Deliveries are made only within Germany.

We charge shipping costs on the basis of the order value (product price):

Free shipping within Germany from a value of 100 EUR.
If the dispatch involves bulky goods (freight forwarding), we calculate as follows:

Delivery periods
Unless any other period is specified in the item description, the product is delivered in Germany within 3 - 50 days, in case of foreign deliveries, within 5 - 50 days after the order confirmation (in case of agreed-upon advance payment, with respect to your payment authorisation).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and other holidays.

Further details on payment
We reserve the right to make the delivery only against prepayment via transfer in isolated cases.
As long as you make the prepayment , we will grant you 5 % early payment discount on the gross product value of the order.
